Yahuweh’s Feasts: Fixing the dates Part 1

April 23rd, 2011

Passover, Unleavened bread, Firstfruits, and Weeks

One of the stickiest subjects regarding the Festivals/Feasts of Yahuweh (Passover/Pesach, Unleavened Bread/Matstsah, Firstfruits/Re’shiyth, Weeks/Pentecost/Shabuwa’, Trumpets/Taruw`ah, Reconciliations/Kippuryim, Tabernacles/Sukkah) is when exactly to date them, with regards to both the Hebrew calendar, and our Gregorian calendar.

As with all things it’s probably best to let Yahuweh tell us how this all pans out, so as to make an informed decision.

When it comes to Passover/Pesach, the dating is quite easy. Yahuweh tell us in Leviticus 23:4‑5: These are the appointed feasts of Yahweh, the Set-Apart (qodesh) Assemblies (migra’ (although as this is in its plural form, this is pronounced mirqra’ay)), which you shall proclaim at the time appointed for them. In the first month, on the fourteenth [day] of the month at twilight, is Yahweh’s Passover.

Update! Greek Basis

April 18th, 2011

Some people will have noticed over the past couple of weeks that I’ve been uploading lots of new Greek Basis versions to the website.

I have now completed 21/27 books of the Renewed Covenant, with only the largest ones (MattithYah, Marcus, Lucus, Acts, Yahuchanon, & Revelation) left to do, which I shall be getting on with very soon 🙂

Questioning Paul Review – Galatians Text

March 21st, 2011

I had put this off for so long, mainly because I was really hoping I wouldn’t have to do it. However, as things don’t look to be changing for the better, my hand has been forced to do so.

As a result, I have gone through the rendition of the text of Galatians in QP, and here is my review of it. Should be easily printable if people want to make notes on it etc., as they read through it.

And as always, any improvements or errors seen, feel free to let me know about them 🙂

There shall also be a topic in TWTY forum, which will be open to guests as well 🙂

Update! – New translation

November 28th, 2008

I have finally finished translating 1 Corinthians, and so I have now uploaded a PDF of it onto the website. A new addition to the PDF file is the inclusion of bookmarks to the different Tanakh (Commonly known as Old Testament) quotes used throughout the letter. The bookmarks can be found at the end of the PDF bookmark panel. The webpage version will be uploaded A.S.A.P, and you also see a new addition to the webpage version as well!

Please follow the link below to the 1 Corinthians PDF.
